Balboa Enterprises is a full service business consultancy firm specializing in start-up and business turnaround projects. Our staff has a broad range of experience and expertise in industries including, but not limited to health care, manufacturing, marketing/advertising, government, internet/e-commerce, communications technology, automotive, real estate, and the financial services sectors.
We are a small but growing firm, and are very selective as to which projects we pursue. In general, we have to like the people involved, the business concept, and most importantly, we have to believe that we offer some added value. There are no ‘cookie cutter’ solutions and no limitations upon how long we can be involved and what role our professionals will play – often, our staff will take on interim board or executive positions, defer compensation or participate in advisory activities for equity (options).
